4. Interview - Business Line

Human Resources have met all the candidates and selected the profiles most in keeping with the company and the post concerned. Those applications, accompanied by rapid feedback from the recruiting officer, have been sent to those in the Business Line which has the vacant post. The Business Line is therefore ready to meet candidates.

This interview generally takes place with the future immediate superior. At the interview, you can learn more about the vacant post and the department you may be joining. Although your career may be examined once again, the essential aim of this meeting is to assess your technical abilities as well as your aptitude to integrate in the department concerned, and to measure your potential to evolve in that Business Line. This interview may sometimes be followed by an assessment day which, if it occurs, will enable you to receive personal feedback.

There may be several interviews with different departmental heads in order to enable them to give their combined impressions: an effective way in which to refine the assessment of your application. At the end of these interviews, only one candidate will remain.

The final decision is then sent to the Human Resources Department which will be responsible for informing all the applicants that the post is filled. A mail will be sent to those who have not been selected. As for our future colleagues, they will be invited to come and to sign their contract.
