In a group as large and as diversified as Dexia, a common recruitment process does not and cannot exist!

Depending upon the country for which you apply, the process will have specific features, in relation to the local labour market situation, the vacancy to be filled and many other factors. However, despite those minor differences in the processing of data and/or the number of stages in the process, there are some major stages which are common everywhere.

In general, after you have submitted your application on this internet site, the recruiting officer in charge of the vacant post for which you have applied will be notified and take the necessary time to analyse your CV. Whether they decide to meet you or to decline your application, a mail will be sent to you automatically informing you of their decision.

If your application is retained, you will be invited to meet our Human Resources team, just to gather more information. This interview may sometimes be preceded by psycho-technical tests in order to gain a better idea of your personality and your aptitudes for work.

The number of interviews may also vary, but if your profile appears to fit, you will sooner or later meet your prospective superior. This will be more to judge you on your technical skills in relation to the post.

At the end of each interview you will receive positive or negative feedback either face to face or by mail.

If, at the close of all these different stages, you are still on course, you will receive a contract of employment!
